Terms and conditions of the raffle

The raffle is organized by the Nytku working group.

You can participate in the raffle until August 31, 2026 by sending an email to mark.linder@nytkuprojekti.fi and indicating your size. Only one entry per person is allowed.

A total of 20 NYTKU hoodies made in Finland will be raffled among all participants. The winners will be drawn after the participation period has ended and will be contacted personally by email. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, a new winner may be drawn.

By participating in the raffle, you accept these terms and conditions.

Participants’ contact details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be disclosed to third parties. For more information on how personal data is processed, please see our privacy notice below.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes and to disqualify any misuse.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
We collect participants’ personal data for the purpose of administering the raffle, including receiving entries, conducting the draw, and contacting the winners.

  • Clothing size (as provided by the participant)

The processing of personal data is based on the participant’s consent (participation in the raffle).

Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to carry out the raffle and will be deleted within a reasonable time after the raffle has ended.

Data Disclosure
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for other purposes without separate consent.

Rights of the Data Subject
Participants have the right to:

  • access their personal data
  • request correction or deletion of their data
  • withdraw their consent at any time
